Experience as a front office manager in either a Chiropractic, Medical, or Physical Therapy setting.
Proficient with medical billing software and MS Office.
Experience with back office (blood draws, injections).
Bilingual (Spanish) preferred but not required.
PERSONAL QUALIFICATIONS include:
Outstanding customer service.
Comfortable selling patient care plans and collecting money.
Superior organizational and time management skills.
Ability to multi-task and focus on details.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Punctual and reliable, with a professional attitude.
