Responsibilities Build relationships with customers to aggressively grow revenues in new markets Maintain close relationships with our current customer base Review and maintain reports on customers' demand, order status, shipment schedule; keep up with all related documentation and communication Identify growth opportunities Implement business plans for assigned accounts and manage projects Ensure reporting, procedures, and communication levels are maintained within company guidelines Prepare sales information and materials for customers Process large amounts of sales data Collaborate with sales, marketing, distribution, and supply chain management to ensure the successful coordination of customer activities Support sales team in customer service and market research Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a business or mathematics related field required Working knowledge of applications within SAP and Microsoft Office preferred Customer service experience preferred Manufacturing and/or tire industry experience preferred Ability to work 2 in-office days per week at our Corporate Office in Suwanee, GA Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities Understanding of OEM customers' needs Knowledge of the automotive/tire industry Excellent written and verbal communication skills Self-motivated independent thinker with strong analytical skills Ability to work well in a team environment Ability to manage multiple projects
