After the candidate is fully trained, the position will be a hybrid work from home/work in office position.
This means that some days of the week work would be performed in our Suwanee office, and the other days of the week would be from home.

When clients call, you answer the phone and greet them with a friendly attitude.
Depending on their specific needs, you answer their questions, connect them with the information they're looking for, or forward their message to the appropriate person.
If they're calling to set up an appointment, you help them get it scheduled.
Then, you communicate the details of the job to our service team, keeping accurate documentation and using software like ServiceTitan to help all our teams work together effectively.
In addition to working with customers and scheduling appointments, you keep our office organized.
