He or she is extremely knowledgeable about products, design trends and our market to represent the company in a way that encourages repeat customers and referrals.
Responsibilities:
Greets customers and prospects as they enter the store Identify prospective customers and respond to requests for proposals in a timely manner Establishes a rapport with prospects, customers, and others to understand service and sales requirements Qualifies each customer, determining their needs, desires, and budget Enters customer orders into RFMS Ensures availability of merchandise and services and coordinates installation schedules for the customer's convenience
