Engineering Description We are expanding our team and looking for our next Application Engineer for our growing US office and manufacturing facility located in Suwanee, Georgia.
In this position, you will provide application support and design guidance to customers to ensure proper product selection, product application, training, and demonstration.
The Application Engineer will provide customers with ongoing product and technical support.
Responsibilities Provide technical assistance to customer for proper application and selection of relevant products Focus efforts (internal and external) on understanding client needs and meeting expectations Provide customers with any necessary project solutions and deliverables in a timely manner Prepare and coordinate quotations and submittals to support Price reps and fields sales Provide field and in-house technical presentations, training, and support for customers and visitors Prepare quotes and submittals for customers Assist in setting and achieving strategic and financial goals for the business unit Work efficiently and creatively to meet business objectives (internal and external) Set and meet expectations for personal and organizational performance Treat others with respect, promote a positive and productive culture and contribute to shared team goals Able to sit or stand, type on a keyboard and use mouse for up to 8 hours a day Travel may be required and typically will not exceed 50% Other duties as assigned Qualifications Qualifications Self-motivated, goal oriented individual Good people and presentation skills Problem solving and analytical skills Detail oriented Experience with Microsoft Office Education/Relevant Experience/ Skills BS Degree in Engineering or related engineering discipline from an accredited university or college Experience in Manufacturing environment - HVAC field or sheet metal - preferred Experience in Sales/ Customer Service/ Consultants/ Representatives a plus BEMP, LEED certification a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr Recommended Skills Analytical Attention To Detail Business Planning Customer Service Hvac Hardworking And Dedicated Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
