Candidate must have excellent organizational and communication skills.
Experience in an office/administrative environment is a plus.
Candidate must be capable of handling the demands of a fast paced, boutique-size firm.
Legal experience preferred but not required.
Job responsibilities include:
Answering calls, scheduling appointments, preparing and sending mail, filing, and supporting/ assisting attorneys and paralegals.
For the right candidate, paralegal duties will be added if interested in advancing to a full-time paralegal.
The partner is willing to train interested candidates to become a paralegal within the firm.
