Part-Time Human Resources Manager

Beacon Hill Associates is seeking a candidate for a Part-time Human Resources Manager position for our client in Suwanee, GA. You would be responsible for employee relations, full-cycle recruiting, benefits enrollment, and compliance. This contract-to-hire role works in the office 32 hours a week, Monday through Friday. Daily Tasks:
Address employee relations matters, investigate issues, and propose solutions. Handle payroll tasks and foster company values and recognition. Collaborate with management on talent planning, hiring, and staff retention. Organize onboarding for new hires and conduct exit interviews. Administer health benefits, including open enrollment and 401K. Collaborate with brokers to offer competitive health plans. Oversee employee wellness program benefits. Ensure adherence to labor laws, company policies, and safety standards. Advocate for a safe workplace and suggest policy enhancements. Ideal Candidate:
3-5 years experience in Human Resources with a strong preference for SHRM-certified applicants Proficient in Microsoft Office and Paylocity Excellent written and verbal communication Proficient in analytical problem-solving and project management. Familiar with employment laws and regulations across multiple states. Demonstrates integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality. Skilled in task prioritization and escalation as needed. Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
