Job SummaryThe Tooling Facility Director I is mainly responsible for the tooling facility operations of a large sized or hub tool center to facilitate business needs and requests for the customer base.
This resource has technical competency, employee management, financial responsibilities, creation of a facility, productivity metrics creation and cost analysis, as well as office administration.
Responsible for EHS inside of the facility and supporting the EHS Team on data management.
Essential Duties &
Responsibilities:
Direct daily operations, with a special focus on Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, Lean, and PeopleDevelop and lead execution excellence to realize a world class live outage center of excellence and technology incubation, in partnership with value streams and turbine optimizationLead lean implementation and sustainment for a complex tooling fulfillment facility, including standard work, daily management, and tooling standardizationDevelop strong relationships and collaboration with multiple stakeholdersLead all levels of management and personnel regarding ToolingDirect a large sized or region/global hub tooling facility in all the aspects of the facility operations, define and supervise the logistics contractors, ensuring the contractors compliance with all the contractual obligation, taking care of the timely payment of the invoicesPartner with field teams receive tooling demand and ensure on time delivery of tool kits to customer sitesPartner with engineering, value streams, and new technology industrialization to develop new tools and consolidate existing toolsWork with the Regional Tooling Directors globally to support initiatives that require tooling fulfillmentLead a team of supervisors with direct responsibility for tooling coordinatorsIdentify and drive productivity initiatives, including innovation and digitalizationDevelop internal talent, with a focus on building and executing individual development plans that build overall capability within the facilityDevelop a proactive and cost-effective staffing model to deliver on targetsDeliver operational leadership and performance to achieve financial goalsDrive quality compliance and initiatives across the operationClosely partner with logistics team to optimize logistics costs and deliver on timeClosely partner with sourcing to optimize spend and execute strategic purchasingMaintain positive employee relations and resolve employee people issues in a timely mannerDrive culture and change management initiatives to support business goals, including tooling ERP, compliance, and adherence to business policiesCultivate, lead, and sustain a rigorous safety program; provide visible leadership on the floorTravel may be requiredMay be assigned other duties to help proactively drive our FieldCore vision and align with our organization s core values.
Required Qualifications &
Experience:
Bachelor s degree or equivalent in related field11

Benefits:
The annual salary range for this position is $139,200 to $229,600.
This is an exempt from overtime position.
FieldCore benefits include insurance (medical, dental, vision, disability, and life), retirement savings, health and Wellness reimbursement, and a bonus or incentive program.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
