TITLE:
IT Project Manager
DUTIES:
Handle Scope, Release, Change, Requirement, Issue, Risk, Time & Financial Management in the entire project from requirement definition, analysis, design, build, testing, till deployment stage utilizing knowledge of Agile, Process based, Lean Project, Extreme Project, Benefits realization & event chain methodologies; Direct & lead technical teams through sftwr. build/code/unit test stages per prog./testing paradigms; Establish parameters for scope, defect/failure tracking, sftwr. verification & validation, SQA methods; Manage release installations, updates, version tracking, uninstalling/retiring sftwr. builds; Prepare SDLC proj. specs per client req'mts; Present & explain proposals/findings to clients; Direct & finalize design/changes to proj. plans, schedules, financials incl. budget funding & staffing; Develop & manage WBS; Develop implementation plans incl. analysis on technologies & market demand; Establish proj. Comm. plan; Track proj. milestones, deliverables & prepare/submit status reports to leadership teams; Perform risk assessments to develop response strategies; Ensure adherence to quality standards; Conduct post release lessons learnt sessions; Manage customer expectations & deliverables; Analyze business needs/req'mts in measurable goals; Review operations; Financial & Stakeholder analysis; Project charter; Develop scope statement; Select planning team; Identify deliverables & create the WBS; Identify activities needed to complete deliverables & network activities in a logical sequence; Estimate resource req'mts, time, & cost for activities; Develop schedule & budget; Risk planning; Gain approval to begin work; Direct & manage proj. execution; QA of deliverables; Acquire, develop & manage Proj. team; Distribute info.; Manage stakeholder expectations; Conduct procurement; Test deliverables against initial design; Measure ongoing proj. activities; Monitor proj. variables against proj. mgmt. plan & proj. performance baseline; Identify corrective actions to address issues & risks properly; Influence factors that could circumvent integrated change control so only approved changes are implemented; Creation of infrastructure for supply of right info. & its update; Establish a way to communicate disparities of proj. parameters; Develop proj. IT based on an intranet or the determination of a proj. KPI system; Divergence analysis & generation of proposals for potential proj. regulations; Establish methods to accomplish a proj. structure, workflow organization, and control & governance; Creation of transparency among proj. parameters; Investment, Costbenefit, Value benefit, Risk-profile, Milestone trend, and Cost trend Analysis; Expert surveys; Simulation & Surcharge calculations; Target/actual-comparison; Work involves travel/relocation to various unanticipated client sites across USA.
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:
Applicants need to have US or foreign equivalent degree in MBA in Project Management with an undergraduate degree (or foreign equiv.) in Computer Science, MIS, Physics, Electronics or Engineering field.
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
2 years experience in Project Management with at least 6 months experience in IT Project Management.
CERTIFICATIONS:
Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification; SAP Certified Business Associate (ERP).
COURSEWORK REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's or Master's (or foreign equiv.) level coursework in Databases, Network Concepts & Applications, Information Security & Privacy, Systems Analysis, Planning & Control, Technology Management, Cryptography.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
