The New Home Builder Flooring Installation Warranty and Repair Specialist works with assigned accounts under the supervision of one or more of our account managers to ensure that we provide the highest quality of service to our new home builder clients within AFDC guidelines and our partnership agreements.
The ideal candidate for this position is a people person with a positive attitude, strong organizational skills and self discipline to support our partners in new home construction. Must be able to communicate effectively and work well with a variety of personalities.
Knowledge of flooring materials and installation processes are most desirable. The ability to read builder specifications, multi-task and maintain accuracy during data entry is critical. Specific skills required include data management, mathematical computation and analysis.
Essential Functions:
Respond with a sense of urgency to all builder or homeowner requests for warranty/repair work
Ensure that all job orders submitted are complete, accurate and formatted consistently to meet internal procedures and builder needs
Monitor and track orders to meet material lead times, installation schedules and to ensure timely completion of work
Ensure all repair and warranty work is scheduled, completed and billed appropriately
Follow up on customer inquiriesEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
