Position Description:
The Quality Control & Training Manager is responsible for ensuring that all staff members are properly trained, use company systems appropriately and that their work is performed in accordance with company quality control guidelines and procedures. Consults with company leadership about all operational areas including quality, service and training. Leads in the development of efficient, cost effective and appropriate work processes and procedures. Trains and regularly audits staff to uphold standards. Participates in the due diligence evaluation process of potential new agency / broker acquisitions and performs special project work for the local subsidiaries and corporate affiliates.
Qualifications / Requirements:
? 4 year college degree in Business Administration with a concentration in accounting, finance, risk management, or insurance (or equivalent work experience)
? Must posses and demonstrate a solid understanding of insurance agency / brokerage workflows, processes and accounting
? Superior proficiency with Applied agency management system is critical, knowledge of AMS is a plus
? Strong time management discipline and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, regardless of complexity
? Excellent written and verbal communication skills
? Outstanding organizational skills and a solid detail orientation with the ability to see the big picture
? Professional designations such as Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU), Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC), Accredited Advisor in Insurance (AAI), etc. are a plus
? High proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and the internet
? Drive, determination and a strong focus on results are essential
? Must possess a strong sense of urgency, demonstrate a willingness to hold others accountable and be committed to achieving success in their own career
? Must hold (or have the ability to hold) Georgia Property / Casualty and Surplus Lines insurance licenses
? Experience in implementing or working with an electronic (automated) and paperless agency environment is a plus
General:
This is a salaried management position (with bonus potential) that offers the successful performer the opportunity to advance their career considerably within position and into other professional disciplines within the company or corporate management. The position can be either full or part time depending upon the candidate.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
