Job Description
Title: QC Material/Process Auditor
Location: Suwanee, GA
Pay Rate: $14/hr
Temp to hire opportunity!

Monitor and audit line operations, trace-ability of raw materials and assist in the disposition of non-conforming materials. Auditing the inspection by finishers of finished products to ensure conformity within set standards. Resource for the finisher teams in the judging of physical specifications of completed products, such as edge separation, crooked edges, labeling and placement issues. Auditing the accounting of each error code for rejects and scrap. Auditing and verifying timely disposition of rework and judgment of MRB. Work as a partnership with Production teams to quickly identify and resolve quality issues as they occur.

Essential Job Functions:
Visual product inspection.
Verify press settings.
Check product size, edge width and thickness.
Attention to detail and high sense of urgency.
Data entry and QC reporting.
Weekly tuft lock testing and press audits.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Manufacturing processes.
Must have ISO Experience
Write or Understand S.O.P.
Must be detail oriented.
Experience internally auditing documentation or products.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Ability to work flexible hours when necessary.
Understanding of all safety practices.
Able to count accurately and write clearly.
Ability to distinguish colors.
While performing the essential functions of this job, the Partner is regularly required to push, stoop, kneel or crouch; reach with hands and arms; and use hands to finger, handle or feel.
Experience using measuring equipment; such as, calipers, micrometers and a durameter is preferred

Education and
High School Diploma or G.E.D. minimum. Any combination of education, training or experience which provides the knowledge, skills and abilities to perform the essential job functions.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
