Stable company has an immediate need for a SQL Database/Reporting Analyst on a direct hire basis. In this role, you will work as the sole Analyst, handling all items related to SQL Server production, reporting, and ETL. Responsibilities:
Build custom customer data imports using SSIS
Support scheduled tasks within database environment
SSRS development to support to meet customer projects/internal demands
Troubleshoot process issues as they occur.
Collaborate with application dev team to design/implement SQL app code
Develop reports assigned to admin portal
Understands file transfer protocols (encrypted transmissions)
Interact directly with clients to support needs if necessary
SQL Server administrator knowledge
Monitor builds and loads of data warehouse and cube
Implementation and release of database changes
Database admin and maintenance in support of Production, QA and Dev (backups, tuning, configs, troubleshoot, etc)
Create/maintain documentation relating to system configuration, mapping, processes, and service records
SQL cluster failover management
Requirements:
Experience as working in a Production environment and at least three years of SQL Server 2012
Can write and optimize T-SQL code, can handle SSIS ETL processing (create packages) and SSRS (report writing)
Proficient in data transfer and ETL tech
WinSCP
Bachelor's Degree strongly preferred/almost requiredEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
