IT Consultant Programming & Analysis (Mid Level)
JOB DUTIES:
Identify & analyze requirements; Prepare a work flow chart and diagram using knowledge of computer capabilities, subject matter, programming language, and logic; Program by encoding project requirements in computer language; Enter coded information; Confirm program operation by conducting tests; Modify program sequence and/or codes; Provide reference for use of software by writing and maintaining user documentation; Maintain a help desk; Maintain systems and programming guidelines by writing and updating policies and procedures; Develop and maintain applications and databases by evaluating client needs; Analyze requirements; Develop software systems; Develop related business operations software or solutions for 2 or more Industries in at least 2 or more Programming Languages or ERP/CRM Applications , 2 or more Databases and 1 or more Programming Tools/IDEs (CM/SCM; Build Tools; Editors; Parsing; Datawarehousing ETL; Data Modeling & Reporting Tools), Processes/Methodologies, Web Servers, Web Services, Platforms, Testing Tools, and GUI Toolkits. May perform some or all of above tasks depending on scope of each project assignment; Work involves travel/relocation to various unanticipated client sites across USA.
REQUIREMENTS:
Applicants need to have a Masters degree (Or Foreign Equiv.) in Computer Science or rel. field, any Engineering / Tech. field, or any Management field and 6 months of experience in the job offered including relevant technologies identified.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
